UPSC CDS 2 2021 Notification Released @upsc.gov.in, Apply for 339 Vacancy
UPSC CDS 2 Recruitment Exam 2021:
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the recruitment notification for Combined Defense Services Exam-2 2021 (CDS 2 2021) on its official website - upsc.gov.in.
The application form for UPSC CDS 2 will also be available on the UPSC online website - upsconline.nic.in till August 24.
All such candidates who will apply for UPSC CDS 2 will be called for online exam on 14th November 2021 (Sunday).
Those who qualify the exam will appear for Intelligence and Personality test in the Services Selection Board.
Finally selected candidates will get admission in Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala- Dehradun, Air Force Academy, Hyderabad, Officers Training Academy, Chennai (Madras) and Officers Training Academy, Chennai.

UPSC CDS 2 Eligibility Criteria:
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
1. I.M.A. For:- Degree or equivalent from a recognized University.
2. For Indian Naval Academy:- BE/B.Tech from a recognized University/Institute.
3.For Air Force Academy:- Degree of a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering. First choice graduates as Army/Navy/Air Force will have to produce proof of graduation/provisional certificate at the time of SSB interview.
4. Officers Training Academy (OTA): Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
5. Officers Training Academy (SSC Women Non-Technical Course): Degree from a recognized degree
Candidates who are studying in final year/semester degree course and who have not yet passed final year degree examination can also apply. Provided that the candidate should not have any current backlog till the last semester/year.
UPSC CDS 2 Age Limit:
1.IMA - 19 to 24 years
2.AFA - 19 to 23 years
3.INA - 19 to 22 Years
4.OTA - 19 to 25 Years
Selection Process for UPSC CDS 2 2021:
Selection Process will be based on:
1. Written Exam.
2. Intelligence and Personality Test.
UPSC CDS 2 Exam Pattern: For
Admission to Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy:

There will be negative marking for wrong answers.
The question paper of elementary mathematics will be of matriculation level. The level of papers in other subjects will be almost the same as can be expected from an Indian University graduate.
UPSC CDS 2 Admit Card 2021:
The admit card will be made available on the official website of UPSC three weeks before the commencement of the exam.
UPSC CDS 2 Intelligence and Personality Test
Candidates shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the written test will be called for Intelligence & Personality Test in Services Selection Board. Candidates who qualify in the written test and give their first choice as Army (IMA/OTA) are required to register themselves on the website of Directorate of Recruitment www.joinindianarmy.nic.in to appear for SSB interview. to get information in. Candidates who have already registered on the website of Directorate of Recruitment are advised not to register again.
